Mr. Delfinio R. Gutierrez died Sunday, December 29, 2002 in Albuquerque at the age of 89. Mr. Gutierrez was a veteran of World War II and was a Pearl Harbor survivor. He was also a life member of the DAV Chapter 3. He is survived by his daughter, Eileen Gutierrez; son, Michael Gutierrez; granddaughter, Elyse Gutierrez; and sister, Ida Arias. A Rosary for Mr. Gutierrez will be recited on Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m. at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will celebrated at 10:00 a.m. immediately following the Rosary. Burial will take place at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. Arrangements by Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.
