Billie Louise Vaughan died Saturday, March 15, 2003 in Albuquerque at the age of 78. Mrs. Vaughan is survived by her husband, Richard H. Vaughan of Albuquerque; five children, Charles Edward Dillard of Ruidoso, NM, Linda Louise thomas and husband, Leroy of Oklahoma, Patricia Jean Rice and husband, Steve of Albuquerque, Gary Dean Dillard and wife, Linda of Coleman, TX, and Johanna Jean Storey of Los Lunas, NM; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and many loved ones and friends. Funeral Services for Mrs. Vaughan will be held on Wednesday at Salazar & Sons Mortuary at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Richard Garcia officiating. Burial will take place at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Leroy Thomas, Steve Rice and Jerry Stewart. Visitation for Mrs. Vaughan will be held on Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.
