Robert G. Lemons, 88, of Woodville, TX died Sunday, March 16, 2003. Funeral Services are Wednesday, March 19, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. in the Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home Chapel in Woodville with burial in Davis Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 3:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Bob was born February 7, 1915 in Teneha, TX. He was a former resident of Jemez Springs, NM and had lived in Woodville for the past 13 years. He was a retired field inspecting supervisor for Rio Grande Steel and a U.S. Navy Veteran. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Gladys D. Lemons of Woodville, TX; brother and sister-in-law, Rene and Norma Lemons of Silsbee, TX; sister-in-law, Hilda Lemons of Burbank, CA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
