Nora M. Degan, 94, born on June 25, 1908 in Alton, Illinois, a resident of Albuquerque, NM since 1923, passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2003. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Vincent D. Degan. Nora is survived by her daughter, Patricia N. Smith of Albuquerque; her grandchildren, Gary Smith and his wife, Jayne of Albuquerque; David Smith and his wife, Ann of Belen; Brian Smith and his wife, Janice; and Maureen Garrett and her husband, J.P. both of Albuquerque. Nora is also survived by seven great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place with burial to be held in the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Private services are scheduled for a later date.
