Robin Christopher (Fowler), age 72, a 7 year resident of Rio Rancho, passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2003.Robin was born in England on June 22, 1930 (the son of Harry and Elizabeth Irene Underhill Fowler).He was an energetic, active man involved in the Meadowlark Senior Center, the YMCA Hiking Club, the Marathon Bridge Club, and theGolden West CondominiumSwim Club. Robin also loved to play golf, and was an accomplished dramatic reader and actor with the Adobe Theatre, (the last play he was in with the theatre was Shakespeare's"As You Like It".) He was a member of the Bahai faith and will be missed by the Bahai community. He is survived by his sisters, Irene Edwards, Elizabeth Branston, Rosemary Holmes-Smith, Decima Davies and his brothers, George Fowler, Michael Fowler,Raymond Fowler, and Richard Fowler. Services will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. in the Vista Verde Chapel with interment to follow in Vista Verde Memorial Park.Contributions may be made to Kaseman Presbyterian Hospice Inpatient Unit, 8300 Constitution SE, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
