Helene M. Doody, age 92, a resident of Albuquerque for 55 years, passed away on April 1, 2003. Survivors include her husband, Francis X. Doody of Albuquerque; daughter, Diane Wisniewski and husband, Craig of CO; sons, Kenneth D. Todd of LA, Norbert R. Lutz and wife, Kimi of AL; sister, Bernice Edgar of IL; brother, Al Pelz of CA; four grandchildren. Helene served during WWII in the WAAC and was a member of WAAC Veterans of America. She was a long-time member of the Palo Duro Senior Center. After cremation the cremated remains will be sent to the Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Denver, CO for burial.
