Karlee Jonee Mergler, infant, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2003. Karlee was preceded in death by her grandfather, Joseph Mergler in 1999. She is survived by her parents, David J. and Kamela Renee Adkins Mergler; one sister, Kayda Mergler; Maternal grandparents, Gene and Sandi Crayne, Maternal grandparents, Edwin and Marilyn Adkins, Paternal grandmother, Diane Mergler; aunts and uncles, Angie Embrey and husband, George, Lynn Bryant and husband, David, Jodi Couture and husband, William,¯Michael Mergler, and Mark Mergler; two cousins, Max Embrey and Sarah Osment. A Visitation for Karlee will be held today, Wednesday, April 16, 2003 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the Garden of Innocents in Vista Verde Memorial Park with Pastor Peter Schoew officiating."Karlee, you are forever in our hearts."¯ "Even though we never were able to meet you, you have deeply and positively impacted our lives."¯ It has been suggested that memorials in Karlee's name be made to the American Diabetes Association of New Mexico, 525 San Pedro NE, #101, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
