Katherine Anne Costello, 39, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on April 22, 2003 after a long illness and courageous battle. She is survived by her son, Martin Costello; daughter, Melissa Nicole Padilla and parents, John and Anne Marie Costello, all of Albuquerque; sisters, Suzanne Costello of Santa Barbara, CA and Jacqueline Costello and her best friend, Cathie Rutin both of Albuquerque. Katherine will be dearly missed by her many friends and loved ones. Memorial rosary will be recited on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary - Westside Chapel with Betty McNeil reciting. Memorial Service will take place on Friday at 3:00 p.m. at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St. Joseph Drive NW with Deacon Jerry Hietpas, officiating. Ennichement will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7701 Wyoming NE.
