Arthur Gordon Borstel, age 85, a resident of Albuquerque died April 30, 2003. Survivors include his daughters, Sandra Saxton of Houston, TX, Robin Bolduc of Surprise, AZ, Irene Borstel-Bush of Albuquerque; son, David Borstel of Denver, CO; sister, Marion Seiberg of Los Angeles, CA; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; cousin, Herbie White. Arthur was a member of Congregation B'Nai Israel and he belonged to the Hiram Lodge 13, past master, Shriner, Legion of Honor and the DAV Chapter 33. Services will be held 8:00 a.m., Friday, May 2, 2003 at Congregation B'Nai Israel 4401 Indian School Rd. NE with Rabbi Arthur W. Flicker and Cantor Michael A. Dzubin officiating. Interment will follow in Santa Fe National Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. Arrangements are under thedirection of: Strong-Thorne Mortuary 1100 Coal Ave. SE 842-8800
