Mary Gertrude Hoffner, 100, passed away on Tuesday, May 6, 2003. She was a member of the St. Lukes Parish in Glenside, PA for over 90 years and a lifetime member of Sandy Run Country Club. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, George W. Hoffner; her parents; brothers; sisters; and one niece. Mary is survived by her many loving nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; great-great -nieces and nephews; cousins; and many loving friends. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2003 At Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 1500 Old York Rd., Abington, PA at 6:00pm with a Rosary following at 7:00pm. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 14, 2003 at St. Lukes Catholic Church, Abington PA, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Holy Scpulchre Catholic Cemetery in Philadephia, PA where she will be laid to rest by her family.
