Alvin Andrew Shirley, age 82, a veteran of World War II and long time resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away in Hot Springs, AR June 2, 2003 where he currently resided. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Anne. Alvin and his first wife, Norma June who proceeded him in death, were the parents of four children. Daughter, Marilyn Sue Benham (deceased), Norma and husband, William Loos, son, Bruce and wife, Charlotte Shirley, daughter, Shirley Marie and husband, James Taylor; also 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Viewing and graveside services will be Thursday, June 5, 2003 starting at 9:30 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 C Menaul Blvd NE
