Obituary for Lopez

Alfonso N. Lopez, 64, our brother, was welcomed into the arms of our Lord and Saviour, on June 14, 2003. Alfonso was born on December 6, 1938 to Juan and Magdalena Lopez. Alfonso is survived by three sons, Daniel, Vincent, and Kenneth Lopez; daughter, Christina Stewart; father, Juan B. Lopez; sisters, Maryhelen (Bob) Haeffner of Nebraska, Barbara (Richard) Otero, Amelia (Nick) Gonzales both of Albuquerque; four grandchildren; and 1 great-granddaughter; his ex-wife and friend Dottie Gonzales; aunts, Soledad Ruiz, Lucy (George) Gonzales; uncle, Serafin (Lupe) Lopez; numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. Alfonso served in the Marine Reserves, was a draftsman worked on the schematics for the MX Missle and Space Shuttle. Alfonso was an accomplished artist, wood carver, and a Barber. He was a kind man, he will be missed, by all who came to know him. We will miss you Alfonso services, will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at Mount Calvary.
