Frank. Mr. Frank B. Vargas, A Rosary will be recited on Sunday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary. Funeral Services will be held on Monday at the Church of the Ascension where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
