Mrs. Isabel B. Gonzales, 71, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on July 22, 2003. Mrs. Gonzales is survived by her children, Margaret Gonzales and husband, Gilbert Elizondo, Lupe Gallegos and husband Paul, Yolanda (LaLa) Gonzales, Roque G. Gonzales and wife Myra, Annette P. Holguin and husband, Pete, Dianne Gonzales, Angela Gonzales, Michael J. Gonzales and wife Crysti, Debbie Garcia and husband, Leonard, Tim Gonzales and wife Monique, Christina Elizondo and husband, Frank; five sisters, Dora Middleton, Dina Lucero, Hazel Chavez, Perla Vigil and Tita Bruegger; four brothers, Sider Barboa and wife, Laura, Gilbert Barboa, Nestor Barboa and Tommy Barboa; 32 grandchildren; 20 great- grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Gonzales was a member of the Catholic Church. A Memorial Rosary will be recited Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at St. Joseph On the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St. Joseph PL NW with visitation after 6:30 p.m. Stella Chavez will recite the Rosary. A final visitation will be Friday morning from11:30 a.m. until 12:00 noon at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church will Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 12:00 noon by Father Frank Prieto. Cremation has taken place and interment of the cremains will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
