Obituary for Hindi

Published in the Albuquerque Journal on Wednesday July 23, 2003

Betty Jo Hindi, an Albuquerque native, age 61, was called home to be with our Lord and Savior on Monday, July 21, 2003. Her loved ones find comfort in knowing that she is now free and in our Lord's presence and not confined to a body that no longer served her beautiful spirit in this life. Betty loved people and opened her heart and home to so many throughout her life. She will be greatly missed by her immediate family and by all whose lives she touched and considered to be family. Betty is survived by her son, Daniel Ayers and wife, Lisa; her daughter, Sherri Willison and husband, Tom; two grandchildren, Steven Ayers and her special fishing buddy, Raymon Lewellen; Jani Klatt, a special friend, who has always been there for the family. Betty loved her work as a graphic artist and web designer, the outdoors, family picnics and Nascar races. The family wishes to thank the staff at Zia Staff, especially nurse Jennifer, for their loving care during her illness and friends made during her brief stay at Las Palomas Nursing Center. Services will be held Wednesday, July 23, 2003 at 6:30 p.m. at Cutler Park, across from the family home at 7605 Apache NE.
