William R. Junick, 81, a resident of Albuquerque since 1946 died August 25, 2003. Survivors include his wife, Pearl Ann Junick of the family home; sons, Dave Junick and wife, Virginia, Dennis Junick and wife, Melba, Don Junick and wife, Louise and Dr. Daniel Junick and wife, Mimi all of Albuquerque; sister, Jenevive Chernak of PA; brother, Edward Junick of PA; seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. William was a member of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. A rosary will be recited 11:30 a.m., Thursday, August 28, 2003 at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church 5310 Claremont Ave. NE with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 12:00 p.m. at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Serving as Casket bearers will be Don Junick, Dennis Junick, Dan Junick, Kyle Junick, Dave Junick Jr., Mike Oechsler and Mike Gonzales.
