Obituary for Velasquez

Eusebio G. Velasquez, age 83, beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother was called home to be with the Lord our Savior, Monday, August 11, 2003. Eusebio enjoyed working on his ranch, farming, fishing and hunting; he also enjoyed working on his cars in his workshop. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Frances Velasquez in 1989; a daughter, Antonia Albertson; brother, Jose Maria Velasquez; and two sisters, Emma and Eurcina. Eusebio is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Candelaria Velasquez; his children, Michael and Raymond Velasquez; sister, Frances Lovato; brothers, Phillip, Ausustine, Milton, Orlando, Walter, and Tito Velasquez; and many more beloved family members and friends, who will deeply miss him. Visitations will be Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. till the time of rosary, which will be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, in Cuba. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday at 11:00 a.m. also at the church. Interment will follow at the Cuba Catholic Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Steve Corrales, Eugene Corrales, Roger Corrales, Gary Montoya, Lee Caruana, and Mike Sturdevant. Funeral Services are entrusted to: Alameda Mortuary 9420 4th Street NW 898-3160
