Adelina B. Chavez, 89, passed away on July 30, 2003 in Temecula, CA. She was born on June 11, 1914 in Punta de Agua, NM. Adelina is preceded in death by her husband Fermin Chavez. She is survived by her step-sister, Antonia Garcia; step-brother, Santiago Chavez and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Adelina will be deeply missed by her loving family. A rosary will be recited on Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Garcia Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at the Holy Family Catholic Church time to be announced. Interment will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
