Obituary for Lopez

Frank D. Lopez, 42, a life long resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday, August 3, 2003. He is survived by his wife, Liz Lozano Lopez; daughters, Sarah Lopez and Hannah Lopez; parents, Chris and Rosie Lopez; in-laws, Gabriel and Lydia Lozano; sister, Irene Torrez; brother, Gilbert Lopez of Denver, CO; brother, Steve Lopez; sister, Marie Garcia; brother, Rick Lopez; sister, Lori Griner; sister, Rene Graston; sister, Barbara Chavez; sister-in-law, Pearl Lozano, all of Albuquerque, NM; brother-in-law, Gabriel Lozano of San Antonio, TX; and a large extended family. Frank worked 23 years for UPS, delivering in the Old Town area for the past 15 years. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church and was very involved with his daughter's schooling at St. Mary's Catholic School. The Rosary will be recited on Friday, 7:00 p.m. at San Felipe De Neri Catholic Church, 2005 Plaza NW, with Fr. Ron Gonzales, S.J. reciting. Mass will take place on Saturday, 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 619 Copper Ave. NW, with Fr. Ron Gonzales, S.J., Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Steve Lopez, Frank Olivas, Jake Gutierrez, Eddie Fernandez, Steven Chamberlain and Daniel Doninquez. Donations may be made to St. Mary s Catholic School, 224 7th St. NW, 87102.
