Angie Lane, age 80, a lifelong resident of New Mexico died February 24, 2003. Angie was born on May 12, 1922 in Dawson, New Mexico to Felix Horacek and Antonia Starkovich. Survivors include her daughter, Carol and husband, Bill Valentine; granddaughter, Velvet Valentine; brother, John Horacek, wife, Betty and their family of Grants, NM. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Francis Lane in 1993. Francis and Angie were active in the National Association of Retired & Veteran Railway Employees. A Memorial Rosary and Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on March 11, 2003 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church with Fr. Francis X. Eggert, Celebrant. If desired memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of NM or Vista Care Inpatient Hospice 601 Martin Luther King Blvd NE unit 10 West.
