Jack Wohl of Albuquerque entered into the presence of the Lord and was reunited with his wife of 48 years early Tuesday, August 26, 2003, he was 82. Jack and his wife, Hilde were residents of Albuquerque since 1953 and operated Wohl Optical for more than 40 years. Jack was active in the Lion's Club serving as both vice president and president and served the community by hosting many glaucoma screenings as well as working with Leader Dogs for The Blind. He will be missed by his friends and family, but we rejoice in the knowledge that he is finally home in heaven in the presence of God where there is fullness of joy. Jack is survived by his daughter, Jeannette Mitchell; son-in-law, Thomas Mitchell; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Nathan, Noah and Joshua. Graveside Service to be held Friday, September 5, 2003 1:30 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
