You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being foreclosure and money due from a Note and Mortgage encumbering the real estate and improvements located at 2631 Desert Gardens SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105 in Bernalillo County New Mexico and more particularly described as. Lot numbered Fourteen-B (14-B) in Block numbered One (1), Redivision ofLots 6 through 14, Block 1 and Lot 35, Block 5 and Lots 18 through 21, Block 6 of UNIT 2 of VALLEY GARDENS SOUTH, a Subdivision in the City of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the Plat of said Subdivision, on July 24, 1970. including but not limited to any improvements, fixtures, and attachments, such as, but not limited to, mobile homes. If there is a conflict between the legal description and the street address, the legal description shall control. You are further notified that the Plaintiff requests that the aforementioned property be sold according to the law and practice of this Court to pay the mortgage lien held by Plaintiff and that the interest of each Defendant, and all persons claiming under or through them, and all other persons on bound by these proceeding, be bared and foreclosed of all rights, interest, and claims to the aforementioned real property, and for such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and proper.
