PADILLA, RICHARD "DICKIE" 83, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, went home to be with his Lord on Thursday, March 5, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Eloisa; son, Ernest Padilla; grandson, Brian Padilla and wife, Kristen; great-grandson, Cruz Padilla; sisters, Irene Galvin, Lorraine Gutierrez, and Eloisa Foley and husband, Jim. Dickie served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He managed several Safeway stores for 32 years. After retiring from Safeway, he worked for Campbell Soups for 10 years. He loved gardening and woodworking. A Rosary will be recited on Monday, March 9 at 7:00 pm at French - University. Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 10 at 9:00 am at St. Therese of the Infant Jesus Parish, 4th St. and Mildred N.W.
