COX, BARBARA ANN Barbara Ann Cox, 76, of Rio Rancho, passed away Monday, February 16, 2015, in Courtland Manor Nursing Home, Dover, DE. Barbara was born, March 24, 1938, in Portsmouth, Virigina, to the late, Milton & Marie (Gilliken) Snyder. She helped her late husband, William Jim Cox in the family business, a venture in charitable fund raising. She enjoyed playing cards, watching football, and watching Downtown Abbey, on PBS. In addition to her husband, Barbara was preceded in death by her sister, Lorriane Knox. Barbara is survived by 5 children, James Cox, of Dover, DE; Karen Lieurance, of Joplin, MO; Karner Cox, Joanellen Cox-Ntiforo, Jonathan Cox, all of Albuquerque, NM; and ten grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 28, 2015, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, DE; where family and friends may gather from 1:30-2:00 pm.
