 MICHAELS-NORTHFIELD, ELERI-CLARE Eleri-Clare Michaels-Northfield, age 6, cherished daughter of Pamela and Karan, passed away in the arms of her parents on January 27, 2015. She was smart, funny, kind, brave, fierce, incredibly determined and gone far too soon. In addition to her moms, she is survived by brothers, Ben, John and William; sisters, Julia and Larkin; as well as grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and so very many friends. Also touching Eleri's life were her many therapists, teachers, nurses, caregivers and her horse Bruno. She loved music, laughter, her pets, and most of all, her family. Eleri enjoyed her brief lifetime with her loved ones to the fullest. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Martha and Richard and many aunts and uncles. A Memorial Service will be held on March 8, 2015; please contact family for details.
