JOHANSEN, LAVERNE LaVerne "Nana" Johansen, age 77, went home to be with the Lord on January 5, 2015. LaVerne was born July 13, 1937. LaVerne is preceded in death by her husband Joe, parents, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. She leaves behind sons: Danny (Rosella), Franklin; grandchildren: Amanda, Jessica (Jerry), Brandon; and great-grandchildren: Annastacia, Anna, Kayla, and Jordan. La Verne's Life Celebration will begin with a Rosary in the Reflection of Life Chapel (Washington and Cutler NE) on Friday, January 9, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Committal will be at the Santa Fe National Cemetery on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 1:30p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donation to a charity of your choice.
