 MARTIN, BARBARA A celebration of Barbara's life will be held on Friday, January 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., at New Life City, 505-323-3900, 4830 Pan American Fwy, NE in Albuquerque. Barbara was born on January 20, 1944, in Quincy, MA, and is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mary Martin; and her sister, Carol Connolly. She is survived by her brother-in-law, Tom Connolly of Simsbury, CT; nephews, TJ Connolly and his partner, Mary Joyce McLaughlin of New York, NY, Bill Connolly of Niantic, CT, Andrew Connolly of Simsbury, CT; and a niece, Maura Connolly Egan and her husband, John of Boston, MA. Many great-nephews, great-nieces, and cousins, whom she loved very much, also survive her across New England. Barbara was an ordained Pastor at New Life City and a volunteer Chaplain at UNMH. She was employed at UNM for many years. Barbara was a great fan of her beloved Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. She loved Jesus and the Presence of God, her family, her church, and her many friends.
