CHAVEZ, GENE Gene Chavez (Eugenio) born February 2, 1937, died November 23, 2014. He is survived by his four children, Anna Escarsega, Gene Chavez, Jr., Lisa Salazar, and Laverne Molina; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great- grandchildren; two brothers, Andrew Chavez and Ricky Chavez; four sisters, Linda Chavez, Maria Garcia, Maxine (Cecelia) Bustillos and Wllma Paz. He is preceded in death by his parents Nick and Rebecca Chavez; brothers, Nick and Arthur Chavez; and sisters Eleanor Shelton and Lucy Pacheco. God bless and we will miss you. Services will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014. Mass is at 10:00am at St. Francis Church with service at 10:30am and reception to follow in the parish hall.
