 MARTINEZ, DAVID S. age 72, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully, Monday, November 10, 2014. Mr. Martinez is survived by siblings, Fred Martinez, Nestor Martinez and wife, Erma, Juanita Mize and husband, Danny, Martha Barraza and husband, Manuel and Anthony Martinez; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Martinez was preceded in death by his wife, Isabel; parents, Nestor and Celia Martinez; and brothers, Joe and Robert. Mr. Martinez was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Vietnam Era, based in Korea. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 12, 2014 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW with a Rosary to be recited at 10:00 a.m.; Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. A Committal Service is scheduled at the Santa Fe National Cemetery following Mass at 1:30 p.m. Please visit www.gabaldonmortuaryinc.com to sign the online guestbook.
