KEAHEY, ROBERT Robert Keahey passed away in his sleep Thursday morning, Oct. 9th at age 59. He is survived by his eldest daughter, Tamara; and two sons, Craig and Eric; as well as sister Linda (Keahey) Oberdorfer and brother John Keahey, and their families. He taught his children to honor their mother and father by always speaking respectfully about his own. He valued honesty, equality, education, and every form of life. An elevator mechanic who loved his trade, he was a hard worker who never complained even when diagnosed with terminal cancer, shortly after retiring from 40 yrs. in the construction industry. He will be missed but his memory lives on in the hearts of those who love him.
