MCKAY, ISABEL SANDRA A resident of Albuquerque since 1955, died September 25, 2014. Isabel Sandra was born in Rawlins, WY on October 16, 1924, the daughter of Alexandrina and William Murray MacKay. As a graduate of the University of Wyoming, College of Education, she enjoyed teaching for several years before her marriage to Robert Alexander McKay in 1950. She is survived by her beloved family, her husband of 64 years, Robert Alexander McKay; her daughter, Cathy Sorenson and husband, Duane and their daughter, Amy Gee and husband Robert and their son, Easton; her son, Brian A. McKay; her son, Scott R. McKay and his wife, Gina and their children, Shelley and Sandra Keeton; Matthew McKay and wife Megan and their daughter Sophie Rose; Crystal Lane and husband Jace and their sons Casyn and McKay Christian. Isabel Sandra was preceded in death by her beloved parents and sister, Kathleen Murray MacKay Burton. As requested, cremation has taken place, with a private interment.
