CHADWICK, GILBERT LEE (BUD) Gilbert Lee (Bud), passed away peacefully at home on September 22, 2014. His working tools having forever slipped from his grasp. He was known by people in the trades as Whitey. He was born in Woodson, Arkansas on March 28, 1924. He served his country in the Army during WWII in the Pacific. He was a Master Mason for 57 years and belonged to the Ballut Abyad Shriners as a member of the Patrol. He now follows his two wives, Threcia and Donna; his sister Sue; his mother Carrie and his father John. He is survived by his two daughters and three step-sons. Lindia Summers and her husband Daniel, Jean Chadwick, Ron Hatcher, Edmun Hatcher and his wife Jeanne, Mark Hatcher and his wife Misty; three grandchildren, Sean Summers and his wife Jennifer, Danelle Summers and her husband Corey, Nicholas Hatcher; and two great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Sara Summers. Bud enjoyed cooking and loved being with family and was a great supporter of animal rights. The pain of his passing will fade with time, but his memory will last forever. Services will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at FRENCH - University.
