 STOUT, BARBARA A. Barbara Ann Stout departed this life on September 16, 2014. She has joined her beloved son Danny and feline companion Pierre. She leaves behind her daughter Laurie; son Adam; and granddaughter Shelby; along with sister Sharon; and her brothers Gene, Larry, Kenneth and Richard. She will be remembered for her kind heart and beautiful smile. Barbara loved the mountains and ocean. She summited many Colorado 14-ers and traipsed all over New Mexico with her group of close-knit hiking friends, who were there for her until the end. At age 68, she climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa for the first of 2 successful ascents. In the winter you could find her with her toes in the sand on Florida beaches.
