VAN OOSTRUM, DOUGLAS L. Douglas Van Oostrum Born: June 26, 1954 Passed: Aug. 13, 2014 Doug passed away unexpectedly with family and friends by his side. Doug was the long time Range Captain for S.C.B.A. where the services took place on August 28, 2014. Doug is survived by his brother Darrell Van Oostrum, two neices, all of Oklahoma and Sherrie Hogan. I (Sherrie) thanks everyone for the love and friendship. You all are a huge part of my life. Love you always, Sherrie H.
