BROWNRIGG, CHARLES STUART Charles Stuart Brownrigg, 69, died in Tucson on August 25th. His family, who loved him dearly, include Carolyn, his wife of 47 years; sons Christopher, Clifton and Craig Brownrigg (deceased); grandchildren Angus, Ruby and Max Brownrigg; nephews Kevin and Keith Brownrigg and Alexander, Zachary and Eric Hansen. Charles' parents, Robert Brownrigg and Dorothy (Akin) Brownrigg, and brother, Robert "Bruce" Brownrigg preceded him in death. Charles leaves behind kind and caring friends and family, including the Honorable Sharon Hansen (Ret.), Dr. Karl Hansen, Lorene Brownrigg, Alison Brownrigg, Dana Brownrigg and Courtney Hansen. Charles was born in Pueblo, Colorado and came from a Colorado pioneer family. After college he taught art for Window Rock School District. The family later moved to New Mexico, where he retired from Los Alamos National Laboratory in 2012. The family recently moved to Tucson, Arizona. A private Memorial is planned with burial at Sunset Memorial Park in Albuquerque.
