LOCKHART, NORMA A. Age 48, of Albuquerque, NM, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2014. She was born in El Paso, TX and grew up in Las Cruces, NM. Norma resided in Albuquerque for the last four years, but had also lived in Kentucky and Colorado for several years. Norma is survived by her husband, Francisco Giron, of Albuquerque; daughter, Nicole Y. Kimble and her husband, Luke, and grandson, Trevor of Phoenix, AZ; and by her son, Christopher Lockhart of Princeton, KY. Norma is also survived by father, Romualdo "Ricardo" Lopez; her sister, Maria Leonor Calderon-Lopez; brothers Eduardo "Eddie" Lopez and Gerardo "Jerry" Lopez of Las Cruces. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Norma is well remembered for her pleasant smile and outgoing personality. She was always willing to help others through a friendly and giving spirit. Norma enjoyed the outdoors and frequently traveled to other places; her friends joked about her gypsy spirit. Memorial services will be held Saturday, August 2, 2014 at 11:00 AM at FRENCH - Lomas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests any contribution that you can provide to them directly.
