SMITH, PHILIP B. Passed away Saturday, July 19, 2014 at the age of 83. Philip is survived by his wife Martha; sister MarthaRuth Lefever; children Terry and Becky Smith, Larry and Stephanie Garcia, Mark and Jean Smith, and Bruce and Michelle Smith; ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
