Stephen (Steve) Thomas Garcia, 60, of Bozeman, MT, and an Albuquerque native, passed away Feb. 4, 2014. A memorial service for his family and many Albuquerque friends will be held March 22, 9:30 a.m. at the University of New Mexico Alumni Memorial Chapel.
