 TORDSEN, BEVERLY JOYCE "Bev", was born December 13, 1939 in Fillmore, Oklahoma. She passed away Saturday, March 15, 2014 in Edgewood, NM. Bev worked in the Bookkeeping Department for the New Mexico Beverage Company and continued her employment with them after they were bought out by Maloof Beverage Company, retiring at the age of 70. She loved to hear and tell jokes and enjoyed traveling to Thailand, California and different places in the United States. The holidays were Bev's favorite time because she loved having her family all in one place. Her family and friends will miss her greatly. Bev is survived by her son, Kevin Tordsen and wife Yolanda; brother, Dennis McNeir and wife Robin; grandchildren, Cheryl Martinez and partner Louis, Felicia Tordsen and Dillon Tordsen; three great grandchildren; six nieces and nephews; fifteen great nieces and nephews; as well as other family members and friends who cared for and loved her very much. A Memorial Service will be held at First Presbyterian Church, 215 Locust St. NE. Albuquerque, on Friday, March 21, 2014 at 11:00 am. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th St. NW.
