FRINKMAN, A. LOURDES Lourdes, beloved wife and mother, lost her battle with cancer on March 1, 2014. Lourdes is survived by her husband of 30 years, Jay; her daughter Lauren van Schilfgaarde and husband Ryan of Burbank, CA; her son Thomas Frinkman and Lindsey Oliver of Albuquerque. Also surviving are her sister Beatrice Zamora and husband Gene of Taos, NM; her aunt Bobbie Granados of Oakland, CA; mother-in-law Maryo Simpson; in-laws Erin and Jack O'Neil, Evan and Mike Jellesma and Tim Frinkman; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph Albert Perez and Veronica Mirabal Perez. Lourdes was born in Santa Fe, NM in 1954. In 1981 she met her life partner, best friend, dance partner, and future husband Jay. Lourdes and Jay launched their beautiful life together in Albuquerque. Many friends and family benefitted from Lourdes' special brand of hospitality. Our family will do our best to honor her by sharing her incredible zest for life.
