MOODY, ALICE SIMMONS Age 81, passed away on January 21, 2014 at the Arizona Heart Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. She was born Alice Quiver on May 3, 1933 on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. She spent many years living in Holbrook, AZ before moving briefly to Albuquerque, NM and finally residing in Phoenix for the last 20 years. Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Homer and her parents, Dennis and Agnes (Badwound) Quiver. She is survived by her children, Vivian Gabaldon of Albuquerque, NM, Jeanette (Jerry) Garlinger of Phoenix, AZ, Walter Quigley of Phoenix, AZ, Doreen Simmons-Henry of Victoria, TX, Irene Simmons of Albuquerque, NM, Floyd Simmons (Sonya) of Show Low, AZ and Francine Simmons-Moore (Tim) of Peoria, AZ. She also leaves behind 18 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
