 UNDERWOOD, CARL Age 67, resident of Albuquerque since 1972, went home to be with the Lord Jesus on Monday, February 24, 2014. He is survived by his wife Kathy of Albuquerque; his children Jacob Underwood and step-son Anthony (Pamela) Garcia; granddaughter Elli; sisters Lynn Astiz and Zana (Chip) Davis; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Dr. and Mrs. C. Z. Underwood and his aunt Earl Lee Anders. Carl served his country with the US Navy. He was an avid sportsman especially hunting and fishing. Services will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Hoffmantown Church, Harper and Ventura. Visitation will begin at 12 noon at the church. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Don Hall, Dave Love, Pat Jaramillo, Jason Astiz, Phillip Astiz and Cody Davis.
