 HICE, MICHAEL D. November 16, 1950 - January 16, 2014 No formal service was held per Mike's request. A private Celebration of Life was held on January 26, 2014. Mike has been cremated & his ashes will be scattered at a later date to join his beloved Nancy. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to all relatives and friends who were so kind and supportive with flowers, food, phone calls, cards and prayers during this time.
