Obituary for COSPER

COSPER, NORMA JEAN TROUT 1929-2014 age 84, a resident of Los Lunas, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2014. Norma was born in Clarendon, Texas. Her family moved to Louisiana for a short time which she thought was hell and then to San Diego, California, which she thought was heaven. Her family then moved to Albuquerque, where she met her husband, Pete and lived for 48 years. They lived in Stanley, NM for 27 years and then moved to Los Lunas. They celebrated 65 years of marriage. She loved western dancing, reading, keeping her home, everything outdoors, children and animals. Norma attended the Church of Christ and Stanley Union Church. Her family and friends loved her and will greatly miss her. Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Mace H and Ollie Trout; sister, Cleta; and brothers, MH and Ernest Trout. She is survived by her brother, Russell Trout; husband James "Pete" Cosper; daughters, Cheryl Feder, Bonnie Griffin and husband, Joe , Hollie Wells and husband, Kevin; son John Cosper; grandchildren, Ron and Inez Feder, Carrie and Daniel Serritella, Lorrie and Chris Chavez, Jessie and Jeff Argo, Mace Wells, Tawnya and Chris Shannon, and Keylee Cosper; great grandchildren, Hanna, Alley and Ronnie Feder, Dylan, Alexander and Julian Serritella, Ryan, Brandon and Jaxon Argo; and many aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. Services will be held at the Noblin Funeral Service Belen Chapel on Saturday, January 25, beginning with a visitation at 12:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. A reception will follow at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please bring a small stuffed animal to be distributed to children at UNM Children's Hospital.
