DURAN, ERNESTINE Loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend went home to be with our Lord and Savior Saturday, December 14, 2013 at the age of 72. She was born in Bernal, New Mexico. Ernestine adored her family and loved spending time with them. She is preceded in death by her husband Margarito Duran; son Patrick Duran; brother Toby Salazar; mother Carmelita Salazar and granddaughter Erica Duran. Ernestine is survived by children Lucy Molina, Lucille Chavez, Lawrence Duran and wife Cynthia, Michael Duran and Kelly Santistevan, Bernadette Duran, Angel Herrera and Sugar Garcia; sister Stella Lucero; 21 grandchildren; seven great- grandchildren; and numerous relatives and friends. Ernestine will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Therese Catholic Church 300 Mildred Ave. NW, Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 9:00 am.
