JARAMILLO, EDWARD "LALO" age 65, was born on March 21, 1948 in Mountainair and passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2013. A proud Marine, he honorably served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is preceded in death by his parents Nativadad Jaramillo and Sophia Lucero; son, Edward Jaramillo Jr.; three brothers & two sisters. Lalo is survived by his wife Patsy Jaramillo; daughters, Angel and Rita; son, Joseph Jaramillo; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; his adoring mother in-law, Dolores Chavez who spoiled him rotten; one sister; two brothers; three sister in-laws; four brother in-laws as well as numerous nephews, nieces, other family members and friends who loved and will miss him. Special thanks to Presbyterian Hospice and Presbyterian Hospital Oncology. A Memorial Service will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW on Wednesday, November 27, 2013. Family will receive friends at 8:00am. A Rosary will be recited at 8:30am. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th St. NW.
