 GUSTAFSON, JUNE ANNE Our beloved Mother and Grammie, June Anne Gustafson born August 10, 1925 has gone on to be with the Lord as of November 07, 2013 at the age 88. June Anne Day was born on August 10, 1925 in Rotan, TX to her mother Mabel K. Hellums and her father June E. Day. June met her husband, John Alvin Gustafson, in Big Spring, TX and the couple was married in 1956. After moving to Alexandria, MN June became the mother of three beautiful children; John Allan Gustafson, Jodi Day Gustafson and Jill Anne Gustafson. David Shingledecker was added as a son when he married Jill in 1992. June was later blessed with her greatly beloved grandchildren; Hollie Shingledecker and Joseph Shingledecker. June was a strong west-Texas Christian woman whose values, compassion and love touched countless lives over the course of her years. June Anne loved the Lord and devoted much of her life to the church and helping those in need. She was a beloved wife, mother, Grammie and true friend and will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Joy Junction or The Albuquerque Rescue Mission. A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 11:30am at FRENCH - Westside.
