MANTEUFEL, SHIRLEY A. Former resident Shirley Manteufel, age 79 passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 in Ellensburg, WA. Shirley was born in Oshkosh, WI on December 11, 1933, daughter of Joseph and Beatrice (Swanke) Beck. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 29 years, Merlin Manteufel. Shirley is survived by daughters: Deborah Smith of Ellensburg, WA, and Nancee Wilson of Odessa, MO; two sisters: Judith Nation of Midwest City, OK, and JoAnn Lucero of Albuquerque, NM; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sister Carol Baggs, of Gilbert, AZ. Celebration of life memorial will be held on Monday, October 28th at 9:30 am at Hilton Garden Inn at 6510 American Parkway NE, and graveside service will be at 12:30 pm at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
