Obituary for KRIDELBAUGH

KRIDELBAUGH, WILLIAM W. M.D. William passed away peacefully at the home of his daughter in St. Louis, MO on Oct. 17th. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna and his son, Bill. He is survived by his daughter, Katy Macdonald, her husband, John and their children, John, Emily and William. Dr. Kridelbaugh practiced general surgery in Albuquerque for over 40 years. He served his community and his profession in many capacities including vice president of the American College of Surgeons and chairman of the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Hospitals Organization. He was active in local, state and national medical societies. He was on the clinical faculty of the University of New Mexico Medical School. He was a founder of the state of New Mexico malpractice organization. A memorial service will be held on October 25th at 10:30 am at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1100 Indian School Rd. NE. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Presbyterian Health Care Foundation or the American College of Surgeons.
