 VASQUEZ, ROBERT R. Age 74, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on October 09, 2013 at home with his family at his side. Mr. Vasquez is survived by his beloved wife of fifty-five years, Freda; daughter, Valerie Vasquez; son, Aaron Vasquez and wife, Loretta; sisters, Vivian Austin and Belinda Garcia; brothers, Danny Vasquez and Abie Vasquez; four grandchildren, Kevin, Russell, Monique and Josh. Mr. Vasquez was preceded in death by children, Belinda and Robert Vasquez; and brother Garcy Vasquez. Robert was a member of the Catholic Church, St. Vincent de Paul Society, the American Legion, Post 13, and was a dedicated Little League Baseball Coach. Visitation will be Sunday, October 13, 2013 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna NW from 7:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:30 p.m. Final visitation will be Monday, October 14, 2013 at the Church from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Sandia Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Brian Roybal, Ronald Roybal, Michael Roybal, Russell Vasquez, Gary Vasquez and Chris Vasquez. Honorary pallbearers will be Juan Sifuentes and Derrick Vasquez.
